I think this type of enjoyment comes from looking for what meditation has to give you. ![]() I purchased an Alexia Meditation Seat to go together with my own Muse and I totally love how easy and effortless meditation has become for me. It is something about having the financial commitment toward wellness that made me follow on a daily practice eventually. I’ve been sitting for about 15yrs today, and I can admit that I’m super excited to meditate now. I believe many will see the Muse two headband and believe it is a rich man’s trinket instead of an aid to a more profound meditation practice. If you are like me, you dismissed it as a gimmick and something far from radical or worth taking seriously. It is a mix of enthusiasm and doubt, but think about the time you watched the iPhone. The energy, the intangible, the mysterious. Muse can quantify our mind waves, something which has gone unmeasured for so long is finally being uncovered. Not able to measure progress and never consider meditation again. This is what can help those would quit because meditation is notorious for causing confusion and frustration. Muse two may be best qualified as a trainer of types for beginner meditators. Finding a devotion towards the consequences of meditation actually allows meditation to become approachable for all those livelihood driven types that need it. ![]()
